Yes, our contracts are in 3 languages - Czech, English and Russian. Rental contracts are concluded with the property owner and with you directly. If the landlord's lease is only in Czech, we help with the translation.
It depends on what we have to arrange for you. The most common is the Basic tariff, where the commission is 1 month's rent. On the Advanced plan, the commission is 1.5 months' rent and on the Business plan, 2 months' rent.

Unfortunately, we can no longer help you move your personal belongings. 😊 However, we will arrange and check that the apartment is properly taken over and arrange a removal service.
It always depends on the situation. The security deposit is used to cover the costs caused by the tenant's actions. These costs are most often unpaid rent, excessive damage to the apartment, and outstanding utility bills. If the tenant causes damage, the landlord has the right to deduct the cost from the security deposit. Otherwise, the landlord is obliged to return it to the tenant.
